Overnight Closures of E.C. Row Expressway between Banwell Road and Lauzon Parkway

The City of Windsor has approved a pair of upcoming closures on the E.C. Row Expressway, but confined to overnight hours in an effort to inconvenience as few motorists as possible.

The Eastbound E.C. Row Expressway will be closed from Lauzon Parkway to Banwell Road for roadwork between 11:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., Tuesday September 20, 2022.  The Lauzon Parkway off-ramps will remain open.

Then Wednesday, September 21, 2022 the Westbound E.C. Row will be closed from Banwell Road to Lauzon Parkway for repairs, again between 11:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.  The Banwell off-ramp will remain open.
