Peche Island Visit with Mayor

Today, I joined Mayor Dilkens, Administration, Essex Region Conservation Authority, and the Detroit River Canadian Cleanup to see the improvements and plans coming soon to Peche Island in Ward 7!

As a board member of ERCA, I was very impressed with their great efforts in collaboration with the City of Windsor and DRCC to help
preserve our environmental assets for future generations. Environmental concerns are a top priority and I’m looking forward to greater investment into these areas enabling further growth and longevity.

It was a fantastic day and I’m so excited for the beautiful Peche Island to open back up to residents this coming spring! #Ward7YQG 🛥🏝
