Masks Still Required on Transit Windsor and at Huron Lodge
The City of Windsor wants to ensure residents know that the recently announced change by the Province to lift certain mask restrictions on June 11 does not apply to Transit Windsor riders or to Huron Lodge staff, volunteers and visitors.
Transit Windsor is under masking orders controlled by the federal government, while Huron Lodge follows the orders of the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care, which has not approved lifting the masking restrictions in long-term care settings.
Should either of these situations change, the City will ensure the changes are publicized.
We appreciate everyone’s continued compliance with the masking mandates that remain in effect for Transit Windsor and Huron Lodge.
