Collection Calendars Update
Delivery is Underway
The 2022 waste and recycling collection calendars are in! There was a slight delay due to a printing issue, but the latest calendars are now being distributed. Residents are asked to be patient, as distribution will take several weeks. If you haven’t received a calendar by April 30, please contact 311.
There is no change in the designated weekly collection days, but there is new information to enjoy, and for the tech savvy, the information can be found now on the Recycle Coach App, on the City’s collection schedule page and through MappMyCity’s garbage collection app.
The collection calendar is valid from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, and acts as a handy reference tool throughout the year. The calendar not only indicates collection days but also provides valuable information, such as preparation requirements, how to get rid of needles or bulk items, and why your garbage may not have been collected in certain situations.
